Additional information

Arrival or dropping off luggage is possible in the morning if guests give host an exact arrival time and respect it. If not check in will be between 6PM and 8PM. 

Your hosts have a cat, shamash (king of sun), normally he never goes in the guest room, but if you suffer of allergies, please be careful as he dwells in the home. 

Your hosts are non smokers, but may receive friends who smoke. 
Your bedroom is completely separate from their quarters and you will not be disturbed by tobacco smoke . 

You may have the use of your hosts kitchen (use is limited to reheating food) and at tea time, tea and coffee are available. Janine can explain how to use her microwave. 

An iron is available for your use.

For an additional 10 euros there is a washing machine, with laundry detergent available for your use.

Janine and Michel are in their sixties. Janine is a cinema critic. Amateurs of Parisian exhibitions, music and of course, cinema, they will be able to give you great advice on your visits in Paris. 

They are a very open couple and have offered their guest room to visitors for more than 10 years. They speak fluent English and German.
The bathroom
New and for private use of the visitor only, the bathroom is en suite with the bedroom. 
It is equipped with a washbasin, a bath with a shower support, a toilet, a cupboard, an electric towel dryer, a scale and a hair dryer.
Breakfast
A very simple breakfast will be prepared at your convenience in the kitchen or on the patio, a rare green space in the centre of Paris. (it is available until 11am). Breakfast always consists of hot drinks, bread, toast, butter, and jam.

Your bedroom
Your bedroom is separated by a long corridor. The atmosphere is typically Parisian; floor covered with red hexagonal tiles named vieux Paris and country furniture which will delight you. Thanks to its sound-proofing (orientation onto a pedestrian street), you will have a peaceful stay. 
You will find a double bed (140 X 190) and a small television.
For your safety, iron sting protects the window onto the street.
