Your Bedroom
The guest room which is offered to you is approximately 15 square meters and is oriented on an inner yard very quiet.
It is furnished with a double bed (140cmX 190cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, several shelves, a round table with a table cloth, and two chairs.

The bed is equipped with a new and firm mattress. It is generally prepared with a quilt with feathers, but the quilt can be replaced by blankets for people who suffer from allergies, if you ask Geneviève about it before your arrival.
Breakfast is simple but plentiful. 90 % of the products offered are natural as Geneviève is a vegetarian and she pays much attention to the food given to her family and guests ensuring it is healthy.

You can have breakfast in the living room or in your bedroom if you prefer to have more privacy and quiet.

Breakfast is always made of hot drinks (coffee, tea, warm milk or chocolate), fruit juice, jams, honey, butter, fresh baguette and croissants.

On week ends, Geneviève also offers you some home-made specialties such as pancakes.
Genevieve’s guest room is located close to the Eiffel Tower. You will experience much independence and privacy as your bedroom is at the entrance of the apartment, separated from the rest of your host’s home by a corridor. You have your own private ensuite bathroom and toilets. You can share breakfast with the family, your host and her three children, or have it served in your bedroom.
Geneviève is Italian/American. She was born in Austin, Texas in 1970, she has lived in Italy and travelled a lot (Germany, England, U.S., Spain), In 2001she decided to live in Paris.

Geneviève loves Paris for its history, monuments, the comfort of the city and its services and the friendliness of the people. She knows Paris very well and will be happy to give you advice for your visits.

Geneviève lives with her three children born between 1997 and 2995. She works as a tourism consultant. She studied at the school for Hotel Management in Verona, in Italy, where she began to work in hotels dealing with the reception of the travellers at management positions

Geneviève’s believes travelling in complete immersion in the culture of the place she is visiting, it is like having a "cultural shower".
The bathroom
The bathroom is private, for your own use only.
It is "en suite" with the bedroom and is approximately 4 square meters wide.
It is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and toilets.
The walls are covered with black and white tiles.
Bath products and bath towels are at your disposal. If you need a hair-dryer, do not hesitate to ask Geneviève.

Throughout her travels Geneviève always stayed at bed and breakfasts and she pays much attention to the welcome and the cleanliness of her own apartment. ‘It is essential that the B&B is clean and quiet and the host must be smiling’ says Genevieve. ‘It is also essential that the bed linen and the bath towels are perfectly clean and have a nice smell’.
Genevieve's motivations for having this B&B in her home, is for the pleasure of sharing, the cultural exchanges, and teaching her children the art of receiving people.
Her children often give her a hand going to the bakery or preparing the breakfast table.

Geneviève manages her home (and her B&B activity) with strict organization.

Geneviève speaks English, Italian and German.
There are also two decorative store windows: one with some documentation on Paris and maps, the other with for hot drinks including instant coffee, tea and herb teas.

Its decoration is simple with a few pictures with frames on the walls, but Geneviève could give it much charm by adding an electric garland with gives it a very romantic atmosphere when the night falls.

The ground is covered with ancient tiles from Florence. There is no carpet in the bedroom, which is convenient to everybody including people who suffer from allergies.
Geneviève can add an extra bed (80 x 190) in the bedroom for a child (or an adult who is ready to accept this ‘camping style’ bed in order to avoid the cost of a second bedroom.
Additional services

A Petite Note:
Genevieve offers you a warm and friendly welcome.
You will feel at home with her and her family, she is very welcoming in the family orientated Italian style and very adaptable. It is the house of happiness. Sometimes she organises dinners for many people, as Italians do, and you can join them.
On the other hand, if you do not like this friendly family way of life, this accommodation is also perfect for you because your guest room is just at the entrance of the apartment, isolated by a corridor from the private part of the family.
