Additional information

The arrival and deposit of your bags is possible at any time of the day if you let your host know about your arrival time and respect it. You can have an immediate access to the bedroom if there is no departure of other guests on the same day. Otherwise you will have access to the bedroom in the afternoon, after it has been prepared for you.

Your hosts both smoke and will welcome smokers. However, they will ask smokers to smoke close to the windows of the bedroom in order to avoid the smell of the smoke for other visitors. The apartment and the guest room are always well aerated, so for the non-smoking visitors, who are also most welcome, they do not have to fear the smell of tobacco.

Your hosts do not have pets and do not want to receive any in their home.

Your hosts’ apartment is Wifi equipped. You can have a free access to Internet with your laptop.

A set for warm drinks is at your disposal in the living room, with tea bags and herbal teas.

Upon request, an iron and ironing board will be put at your disposal. There is a laundry and dry cleaning nearby.

This accommodation may not be suitable for people suffering from allergies because of the seegrass on the floor and the tobacco, as your hosts are both smokers, even if they aerate constantly all the apartment so that there is no tobacco smell which would be unpleasant for non-smoking guests.

There is no car-park in the building, but you can park your car at a paying car-park nearby with a car-park keeper, three minutes’ walk from the building.

Additional services

A bed for one person (80cmX 190 cm) can be added in the living room part. This allows you to come with a third person or a child. If you are two people and you wish to get this second bed for you in order not to share the double bed, you must make your reservation for three people.

If you travel with a baby or a young child (less than 2 years old), your hosts can put a baby ‘umbrella’ bed at your disposal for free.

Bedroom
More than a bedroom is offered to you. In fact, it is a large space of 24 square meters, including a bedroom, a living room and a private bathroom. This suite has been especially designed to bring all the expected comfort to the visitors, whether they come to Paris for business or tourism.

Opening its windows on a quiet yard, this suite has large windows which give it a beautiful luminosity. (From your bedroom, you will see the splendid clock of the 18th district City Hall.)

Its decoration is ethnic in style, with bright and relaxing colours, white, brown and light brown. The ground is covered with seegrass.

The plants and curtains give the suite a natural atmosphere; quiet and relaxing.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 x 190), a large piece of furniture with drawers and a comfortable country style arm chair from Louis Philippe‘s time.

The bedding is new and of very good quality, as well as the sheets and blankets. The pillows with feathers can be replaced, upon request before your arrival, by anti-allergic pillows.

The living room is separated from the bedroom by a half-partition.
It is equipped, apart from a curiosity closet. (Pascal has a passion for fossils, for all kinds of stones and for animal anatomy), an original oak desk made by Isabelle’s father, with a modern leather armchair, a chiffonier with six large drawers for your personal use, and a Voltaire arm chair.

In Paris, down Montmartre hill, in an area which has kept its typically authentic Parisian soul, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops you will be greeted by Isabelle and Pascal who offer you a independent large bedroom with a private bathroom. Your hosts speak fluent English, have a good level in Italian and Spanish, and speak a little German. They love travelling and they love Paris, they would like to share their passion for the city of Paris with you.
Your hosts, Isabelle and Pascal, are in their fifties. Isabelle is a lovely hostess, lively and most welcoming, and you will immediately feel at ease with her. Their daughter Fanny, born in 1996, lives with them.

Isabelle was born in Paris but she spent all her childhood in Normandy. Pascal was born in Avignon but he spent most of his time when he was a child in Africa (Cameroun, Algeria).

Through their passion for theatre and for travelling, they met in Marseille. Isabelle is a city-lover and she could not live in any other city than Paris. Pascal loves travels and would like to experience all cultures.
Both of them are in love with Paris thanks to its diversity, history and culture, its liveliness, and its exceptional architecture. Both Isabelle and Pascal go often enough to the theatre and they especially love the new circus.

Isabelle works in show business. She is responsible for producing living shows in her job. Pascal worked as a stage manager responsible for light controls for many years. Their fascination for new jobs in hospitality led to the creation of this own B&B service in their home.

Isabelle and Pascal love travels, they have visited many countries: India, Turkey, Northern Africa, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Russia, Korea, Hong Kong, Cameroun, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Ireland, England, Denmark, Portugal, Greece, Cuba, Antilles, Palestine, Egypt, Lebanon.

They often stayed at B&Bs and they were seduced by the idea of offering the same hospitality in Paris. They opened their guest room in 2009.

Isabelle and Pascal both speak fluent English, well enough Spanish and Italian, and a little German.
Bath towels and bath products are at your disposal, as well as a hair-dryer.

The toilets are in the bathroom, therefore they are for the private use of the visitors. The wall is covered with white tiles, with a frieze made of turquoise tiles.
