Annie and Brice live outside of Paris, but they bought this flat on the hill of Montmartre because they felt in love with this great artistic district. With pleasure they offer their flat to you when it is available. They will personally check you in and will be pleased to advise you on your visits and nightlife and to inform you about the picturesque districts of "Old Paris".

Brice is a student of Fine Arts. He is a "duty companion" (Compagnon du Devoir) in renovating historical monuments (painting in fresco and moulding). He is passionate about photography and a great "nostalgic" of Paris during the 1950s and could help you discover exceptional places in the city.

Annie is a forty-year-old woman who enjoys meeting people. She is a non-professional actress and she will be glad to advise you on theatre plays and other shows. You will be given Annie’s mobile number in order to reach her by telephone during your stay.
About your hosts
The dwelling
Situated just above the Montmartre basilica and not far from "Château des Brouillards", in the wings of the Moulin de la Galette, you will be in the heart of Montmartre where you will walk in the footsteps of the famous habitants of this district to “la Place des Abbesses” (Utrillo, Picasso, Dalida, Lelouch). In this flat, which formerly belonged to the painter Pissaro, surrounded by beautiful greenery, you will only hear birds singing and the sound of footsteps on the stone pavement.

An entrance with a coat stand and a side table with Art Nouveau: jewel box, angel, candles and scent bottles.

A living room section with antique Tiled floor "tomettes of paris", offering two sofas covered with satin material, which is convertible into two beds to accommodate additional guests, a LCD television fixed on the wall, a small table, four art deco chairs (in black leather) and a Venetian mirror.

Additional information

Dropping is possible at the accommodation at 1pm, providing you confirm with your hosts before arriving. If not, your hosts will welcome you at 7pm.

In exchange for the apartment's keys, your hosts ask you to leave with them your passport (or an identity card for if you are also a European citizen).

Your hosts don't have any pets but can accept with pleasure your pet if only a small size (less than 7 kilograms) and only if you do not let it in the apartment (for a security deposit of 400 euros will be required).

For safety, they prefer to receive nonsmoking visitors, but if you are careful and air the apartment often, they will entrust an ashtray to you. Annie smokes and may smoke in the studio while she is waiting for you, so if you suffer from allergies this place may not be the right choice.
